“I am so angry with this company. Since they went bust regular flexi payments have been going out of my account so I thought everything was ok. To my amazement I have received a letter from a Debt Recovery company claiming I owe Ideal World £41.40. This letter arrived on Saturday but I will be on the phone first thing Monday to try and sort out what is happening. I am never late with paymenys to anybody so am very annoyed. Will never buy anything From Ideal World again”

“Purchased sunglasses they arrived very poor quality £62.00 so I returned them via asda to you this was a week before they went into administration, they must have known they in were difficulties but carried on selling goods regardless,so I don't expect I'll see my refund. It's time something was done about companies still trading when they are in dire straits disgusting.”

“Ordered on Sunday shut down on Monday so now I'm 179 out of pocket with no response no product no correspondence from this company what about my money you have taken and given me no explanation. Just take a customers money and run discusting service”

“Ordered a tower vl30 plus what arrived a tower vl30.The model was not the one shown on the TV. Contacted customer services who said the would get the item picked up via every who found the bar code sent was not valid. I have now sent it via asda toyou.watch this space to see if I get a refund....Do not need all this messing about...never again.”

“Touch & go with purchases. Generally pointless contacting “ busy” cust/ services. 24-48 responses can escalate to many days. My Vibropower massager “died” less than 28 days’ use. No Warranty, No Refund, No Intention to Compensate me. Insincere presentation. BUT Delivery are people reliable in my area. They could run the TV Shows better. Forget any Satisfaction from Idealworld. Replacement Items / Manufacturers unavailable. I Returned an item via ASDA but it was lost. “ TOUGH”! David.”

“Avoid like the plague! They charge you to contact them! They don't respond to e mails, their products are sub standard, cheaper and better on e Bay. They don't care, their presenters talk a good story but in my opinion you don't get what you promise and if you want a refund, forget it!”

“You took £19.99 from my bank without my consent I cannot get it back after many emails and writing to head office would advise customers to avoid if possible they must be going bust they have more bull —— than there presenters have sent them all bank statements to prove withdrawal still no refund so your dater is not secure be very careful they could make a lot of money from this scam then go pop regards martin”

“ordered a remote plane for a birthday present , it was supposed to arrive approx 5 days later after 2 weeks i contacted them they said its been dispatched i must take it up with the delivery company , delivery company could not locate it ideal world said id now have to wait 30 days , completely unhelpfull , plus missed my sons birthday . never never again”

“Bought a firetrap Mens jacket in October after 3times zipping up the jacket the zip is faulty got a ten pound voucher to compensate for a £50 pound jacket as it is five days after returns policy. Disgusted with the quality do not buy”
