Purchased a treadmill yet to receive not within 3 to 5 days as promised. But also rang and told a pack of vouchers would be sent I stupidly said ok. When they arrived it turns out I had been enrolled into some Lifestyle Club which I had to cancel within 21 days or get charged £89.99 and a coffee card £14.95. Cancelled straightaway and have complained to Ideal World. I also asked for our credit card details to be wiped and assurances that no further payments would be taken which they have failed to address so I've mailed them again.Having read all these posts I'm now wary that the treadmill may never arrive. Will never ever deal with these people again.

I ordered a Foreknow snow bike over a month ago and it said on the order up to 14 days for delivery. After several emails I always get the same reply of we will get back to you and they never do. Do not buy from them. SCAM!!! I WILL REMOVE THIS REVIEW WHEN I GET THE BIKE!!!

So our very first order from Ideal World. We were promised despatch of our new treadmill within 2-4 working days (which is very poor by 2022 standards) but we waited patiently. However eight days afer the order, no despatch confirmation has been received and there is no information about the order on the Ideal World website. Rang customer services to complain, only to be told that the order hadn't been despatched. Asked for it to be expedited with immediate despatch and for written confirmation of despatch, but was told they couldn't respond for another two days. Every part of this company's customer service is appalling. They are quick to advertise, quick to take payment (next day) but seem to think that it is then OK to delay despatch well beyond the stated terms of service AND to compound this by not being able to respond quickly when customers complain. In 2022, we have become used to exemplary customer service from other retailers, with next day delivery to the house or to a local pick up point being the norm, backed up by excellent communication and customer service if things go wrong. This is why online sales are booming in 2022. However, Ideal World seems to be happy to deliver 1970s style customer service, treating it's customers with distain and contempt. They cannot be surprised if customers become very unhappy and subsequently use online reviews to share their bad experiences. Speaking personally, this customer is highly unlikely to ever order from Ideal World again.

Useless company, appalling customer service, told again and again to wait 2 days for them to investigate and nothing. Now told to wait 10 days! Shop with QVC excellent products and superior customer service.

I purchased a ceramic heater on the 1st October and I am still awaiting delivery 54 days later with no communication from IW. The invoice states that is will be dispatched within three days I waited 3 weeks then six weeks went by and still nothing to date. This is not my first such experience I, their system seems to have a problem remembering to dispatch the products. Before you purchase ensue that you are able to wait three months and do the chasing up in order to get the delivery. Maybe it’s been dispatched but Post code WS3 3HU is too far away.

I PURCHASED A CERAMIC RADIATOR 5 WEEKS AGO.I WAITED AND WAITED I PHONE IDEAL WORLD AFTER A LONG PHONE CALL THEY TOLD ME IT WAS LOST IN TRANSIT HOW CAN YOU LOSE A 5FT BOX. THEY SAID THEY ARE GIVING ME A REFUND I SAID I WANT MY RADIATOR THEY SAID I CAN REORDER THE ITEM, BUT IT IS NOW £20 MORE AND OUT OF STOCK BUT THEY ARE STILL SELLING THEM TODAY ON THEIR CHANNEL, THIS IS A BIG RIP OFF DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS CHANNEL

Jacquie Toon We bought a mattress at ideal world. It is now having to be replaced. 😡After only 13 months. 😡It is useless. Obviously, a mattress should last longer than 13 months. Considering this bed is not used on a daily basis this a very poor performance. Apparently, a faulty product will only be replaced within a 12 month warranty.😡 Basically, they would like to buy a new mattress, even thought this mattress is not in a usable state after just 13 months. Don't waste your money.😡

Poor quality Vostok Watch....bezel ring scratched and actually fell off.Lots of hastle with Customer Services....buying from them no longer a go to.Have found another UK supplier for Vostok,and they appreciate the business.

But a product. They say they send you letters and emails. You advise them never received at all. They ignore you abs don’t call back. Their phone line costs are DISGUSTING EXPENSIVE 5 minutes cost me over £7 and buy from there.

Super stretch bengalines are so comfortable but all the elastic 'pinged' down the seams after wearing 3-4 times!!! Not a good look. Looks like fine hairs☹️

RugDoctor delivered in an appalling condition. Leaked. Wet/soaked Damp. Torn/holes. Box resealed as though it was used before and taped up. Refurbished? Returned ? Can't believe idealworld allowed it to be delivered like this Hermes driver dragged it into our home... scanned it then shot off in seconds. Maybe he knew something we didn't? Where the machine inside the box had leaked..our kitchen floor now has a stain which is impossible to get rid off at moment. Emailed them. Chat team cut me off.lol. Hopefully a full refund and including postage costs will be forthcoming,but I have little or no faith in idealworld now.

I bought a beldrey floor cleaner that wouldn’t charge after 6 times of use. Nightmare to send back. Loads of excuses from ideal world 13p a minute phone calls and believe me your lucky if you can get off the phone after 20mins waiting just to speck to someone. Total waste of my time and money. Quick To take your money slow in returns. I truly believe if I hadn’t sent endless emails and placed lots of bad reviews I would still be waiting for my money. Nothing good to say about ideal world I’m afraid.

I ordered a carpet/hard floor cleaner, realised it was too big and packed it up to send back. I started the return through the Ideal world website printed label, paid Hermes £2.99 got confirmation email for uplift, waited three days and nothing tried to contact IW told because I used Hermes they could do nothing. Tried again same thing tried to contact Hermes my tracking number was wrong so no chance there. Contacted IW this time by phone in total took 2 weeks IW offered to send by post office I could not manage because of appointments. In total cost me £38.48 to return parcel. not including £12.00 to Hermes. Next in Line!

bought a watch from these was not working properly, sent it back for a refund over 3 weeks ago keep emailing them only to hear poor excuses you will recieve a email in the next 2working days never happens, still waiting will never deal with them again tossers !!!

Bengaline superstrech Cropped Trousers. Get the size right! Size Medium measures 27 inches which is a size 10 not 28-31 as quoted on the website. The longer bengaline are the correct measurements for size medium. Check before sending to customers. I will contact customer services to get a postal refund as there s no label for free Asda returns either! Very poor and disappointing service!
