“On the whole I think ideal world is very informative and the majority of the presenter are entertaining very likeable and they strive to bring great products at affordable prices, but to be perfectly honest I don’t watch now before 10am as your beauty presenters I feel are a little bit too pushy and to women of a certain age this quite intimidating.”

“I like ideal world. I really like the presenters and some of the stuff they get is really good. I’ve bought some really nice things. I don’t normally buy from shopping channels and I don’t like the others”

“Ordered Bench ladies t shirts , absolutely awful , size 12 is more like a man's 40 chest , size 10 not much better with 1 of my size 10 fitting my partner , terrible fabric , waste of money”

“I ordered kasara 2. Trousers and 2 dress instead I got 4 trousers and I phoned them but cost of a call is expensive but unlike another shopping channel there is free returns to Asda making that great so good on you ideal world better now then past tense but I have to say there are comments on here that says don’t buy anything and all I say is I have since it started and the quality is great and sizes are to with genuine intentions from yourselves and it breaks my heart to send back 2 wrong items that was rectified by a lovely gentleman called Lenard as a replacement for wrong goods sent .. so Lenard I returned today to Asda no iDef132790848 today as unwell 2 days ago .. but I will re order later on … Thankyou and how you have progressed with cheaper and good quality clothing then years ago”

“I missed a payment due to my debit card being stolen and cancelled and the bank sending me a new one. They could have emailed me but send me a second letter, first one I never got, telling me they have referred it to an outside collections agent all for 37 pounds... Horrible people and I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years too... Thanks ideal world, not.”

“Hi,I just love the materials in the Fashion they use,it washes well,does not crease and looks always bright and new. I am disabled and find the material ideal for me, I always look smart and and my Carers do not have to bother to use an Iron...Thank Y IDEALWORLD....LOVE ALL THE PRESENTERS,they are such lovely people, they make my day enjoyable.”
