“Superb and very friendly service on Mon 17 June from Imogen . On taking my cat Freddie to be microchipped yesterday the vet discovered he’d already got one. However on further investigation it transpired he was registered as a dog called Frankie ! I was given identity basis, phone number phone & this lovely patient lady sorted it all out. Excellent service. Good job”

“Registered cat 9 and half years ago due to current legislation changes asked vet to check chip .Chip ok but Not on data base two more attempts 1 at vet practice not on data base. She's 10 I could have lost her years ok . This is getting frustrating and insane.”
“I thought this was a scam. The questions asked were totally unnecessary, just information gathering. This is a cat being chipped, you do not need to know my gender, my age or date of birth. It was confusing and appears to be an attempt at raking in insurance money, I already have insurance for my cat. I am still not convinced that this is not a scam...asking for card details after all rest of the information collecting is how scammers work.”
