“I called Identibase last week and spoke to Daniel Bostock as I had emailed them but had no reply plus I was having trouble signing into my account to check our Boxer Connie's information.
I spoke to Daniel Bostock who was incredibly helpful and very patient and soon sorted out the problem with my email address.
He was also most informative about the Dog Tracking device and I have just added that to Connie's insurance hopefully having replied to his email.
The email showed a line which I was supposed to type my reply above but I could not get it to work so am hoping the usual 'reply to email' worked. Many thanks to Daniel for sorting everything out so patiently and efficiently. Linda Cox”

“When I telephoned today I got through in 5-10 minutes BUT this was my 5 th try!!! I tried on line but had no password, by telephone 3 times and waited 25 minutes then gave up. Sent an email which was returned as not acceptable. This morning was the last try I am not at all impressed with your systems”
