I rang to change over my dogs microchip to me from the breeder. Luke was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know. He made the process easier than I thought. I would highly recommend your company to other dog owners.

I just wish they would stop pestering me via email saying registration it's not complete just because I haven't subscribed to their services my cat in an indoor cat I don't need to pay 9p a day or whatever it is.

Amazing our cat Barney went missing - the staff were so kind. within the hour they had provided a poster we could use , handy hints and had sent his details to their network. This meant we could flyer the neighbourhood and within 2 days we had 2 Sightings and were able to locate him and bring him home - AMAZING SERVICE

Imogen was very helpful this morning. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my beloved family member is protected with identibase, through their QR code tag and their microchipping. I am very happy with the service I have received from them over the past 3 years and continue to be a satisfied customer. Thank you 😊

We were delighted with the support that Identibase gave us when our 1 year old cat went missing. We were given excellent advice and were so happy when he came home an hour after searching and calling for him at dusk. Thank you for being there.

I have had extremely good service from Imogen with whom I spoke today(8th May) about renewing/replaceong the cat's collars from my two cats, as I had ordered the larger size (of a 50p) for the smaller one available (a 5p size) unfortunately they were too large and heavy. My previous dealings with Identibase, when I placed the Initial order, and paid the original £20, was also most helpful--the person then was Luke. They made me feel that Identibase staff are extremely caring. Thank you very much for all the help. Annette Servadei

An absolutely awful company. Their business practices are an absolute disgrace. When I paid £30.00 over the telephone to transfer my new dog into my name from a previous owner, Identibase did not tell me that the fee would be autorenewed every year, or that they had kept my card details on file. Both of these acts were without my specific permission or consent. Nor did they refer me to their terms and conditions that state they will autorenew the fee every year. I feel very unsafe knowing that my dig has an Identibase chip in her, as I feel I will be "blacklisted" if she goes missing for no other reason than I have complained about their shoddy business practices. To be fair Identibase say they have now cancelled the autorenewal, and say they have deleted my card details, but only after complaining in an email and on the phone to them. Identibase should be ashamed of how they conduct their business dealings.
