“Luke was extremely polite and very helpful. As the query was a strange one he even spoke to a senior to check he was giving me correct answer to my query. Lovely chap 5 star for him. Sadly however 1 star for first attempt on calling waited an hour got to number 1 in list and got cut off so tad frustrated. Called back I was then number 13 so had to go through all the waiting again. Other than that as say Luke was lovely”
“Superb and very friendly service on Mon 17 June from Imogen . On taking my cat Freddie to be microchipped yesterday the vet discovered he’d already got one. However on further investigation it transpired he was registered as a dog called Frankie ! I was given identity basis, phone number phone & this lovely patient lady sorted it all out. Excellent service. Good job”
