What is going on with this company? How can they even exist if they are not doing what they are supposed to do. Absolute disgrace. Can never get through to them, how are they even allowed to be a microchip database service if they are not giving any service.
What the hell is going on with this company? Can't get through on the phone, no response to e mails. New website format is a disgrace, totally confusing! I've been hanging on the phone for hours every day this week, and have had to give up after waiting for 40 minutes each time.
