“I use the Android App for most of my trading activity largely because it is more convenient. The website offers very little extra and I find it somewhat "clunky" to use. There are two things I find lacking. The first are the historical statements ... any chance you can extend the history back beyond 3 months? The second is the economic calendar. Please can you add more countries, especially major emerging markets to the list?”
“Execution is excellent and it is an honest broker, sometimes I even get fill on limit orders in better price. Improvements I'd like to see: Improved spread if possible, a good news feed, and a little better stability because on some occasions on a busy market the platform became unavailable for a few hours (this is the most important improvement we need actually).”

One thing I would love to see are Option extended to cover equities on the spread betting platform”
“problem still not resolved. Took over 24hrs to reply to my first email in relation to the trade in question. Have waited another 12hrs+ for a response to my last reply, but still nothing. If this is the way customer service looks after its clients of over 15yrs working with you, then expect an exodus of clients to other brokers keen for business. Thank you, Keith (M2700)”
“Just like any other rip off companies. It trading against the professionals. You can never win.
No matter what market does. the moment you take the trade it goes against you and you are immediately in a loosing trade, although all indicators and trend and market is going the direction you think it will go but as soon as you take a trade it always goes opposite direction. I never gained. I have been stupid. Be careful you are trading against the machine and professionals, Remember they invested millions in system not for some novice trades like me and you to win but that investment is for them to make money not for you and me.”

Recently when closing a trade, platform crashed and I lost money as a result.
Despite acknowledging the platform failure, IG staff refused to compensate me for the small loss.
