“The order contained exactly what was ordered and was well packaged. As the postage was going to be £12+ to the Isle of Man I arranged to have free delivery to a friend's address on the UK Mainland. So far so good, order accepted with confirmation it would be delivered to that address. It didn't arrive on the stated day of delivery but, very strangely, the parcel arrived at my home on the Isle of Man the following day! No postage charge - very odd - but I'm not grumbling, just wonder what went wrong and why I wasn't notified about the change. Am a little wary about ordering again as I've no idea where items would be sent or if there would be a postage cost!”
