“Goods were damaged when I received them. I have phoned to report and was promised a phone call back yesterday, but this has not happened. I have to say, however, that the girl who dealt with my query on the phone was very pleasant. I will wait to see if this is resolved”

“I can't express how very disappointed I was to receive my sticker books. My two pre-schoolers love stickers and activity books and I often use them as treats/rewards to encourage good behaviour over a week or more. I have tried many stucker activity books and these are so disappointing I don't think I can even give them to them. Though they do contain the amount of stickers they quote-(I am making an assumption as I don't have to actually count them) my issue is that these are the tiniest stickers and they are just surplus to requirements rather than being for use in scenes in the book. The books are really flimsy with very few pages. I emailed a few days ago but have not yet had a response I would like to return them for a refund even on special they weren't worth the money.”

“This was my first order with Igloobooks. I wanted to buy a couple of books for my Grandson. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple. The books were great value for money. “The order contained exactly what was ordered and was well packaged. As the postage was going to be £12+ to the Isle of Man I arranged to have free delivery to a friend's address on the UK Mainland. So far so good, order accepted with confirmation it would be delivered to that address. It didn't arrive on the stated day of delivery but, very strangely, the parcel arrived at my home on the Isle of Man the following day! No postage charge - very odd - but I'm not grumbling, just wonder what went wrong and why I wasn't notified about the change. Am a little wary about ordering again as I've no idea where items would be sent or if there would be a postage cost!”
