“The books are wonderful, my daughter loves them especially the musical ones. However the batteries run out incredibly quickly. I took the battery out to a shop in town and the batteries cost more than he actual book. I have 9 books and 4 don't work. Very sad 11 month old and mummy :-(”

“I ordered 6 books, which arrived within a few days of ordering. Upon arrival, I found 3 of the books sounded off key. The staff were very quick at sending out replacements which were in better working order. My girls are very happy with their new books. :-D”

“I ordered a selection of books for my grand daughter and received them within 2/3 of ordering, however there was one book missing from my order so l contacted lgloobooks by phone and they said they would send it. Straight out to me ,it's been nearly a week now and still not received the book .”

“I ordered 7 sound board books , when they arrived one sound button was falling off and on another book the button was placed wrong so book did not close like it should on last pages , the music on this book also sounded like battery was going . Spoke to jordan at customer service who said he would replace them”
