“The books arrived rattling round in a loosely taped cardboard box. They were dirty and could have been second hand judging by their condition. Two were dented . These were for my grandson of 16 months and I was very disappointed. Nothing like the service I have received from Amazon. I had to wipe them all with a cloth before I could even use them! I will not be using Igloo books again.”

“Very pleased with the items I ordered. 15 ballerina sticker books (which I am handing out at my daughters party). Good quality, great value for money. The order was delayed initially, but my emails were answered promptly. The order arrived a few days later. I will use again in the future.”

“I ordered a selection of books for my grand daughter and received them within 2/3 of ordering, however there was one book missing from my order so l contacted lgloobooks by phone and they said they would send it. Straight out to me ,it's been nearly a week now and still not received the book .”

“I ordered 7 sound board books , when they arrived one sound button was falling off and on another book the button was placed wrong so book did not close like it should on last pages , the music on this book also sounded like battery was going . Spoke to jordan at customer service who said he would replace them”

“Service was good fast and reliable! The leap ahead workbooks are fantastic, my 3 year old enjoys them and learns very well through them too. He keeps asking to do them again and again, the activities are varied from writing, drawing stickers and other learning types. Overall great!!!”
