“I didn't get my complete order. Ordered 7 books and only 4 arrived and you have put down as order complete when it is clearly not. I emailed 2-3 times about my order, no response. I'm very disappointed as this was my first experience ordering from igloo books.”

“I would have rated it five stars. Parcel came to Turkey after 8 days. Books are very nice. Only complain was from the DHL delivery as the guy said the address and phone number written on the paper was incomplete and wrong, that's why it took them longer to deliver. I double checked the address and number I wrote on the order and everything was correct but however wrote the address in the receipt did a mistake. All in all very happy with the purchase. Thanks igloobooks!”

“Never received an email to confirm my order, the money was taken out of my bank. Finally received 2 out of the 5 books I ordered and after at lot of phone calls was told the others were out of stock. I finally received the refund for the other books 3 weeks later!”
