“There was an initial hiccup with allocation and delivery and unfortunately we had to chase up our order ,however the issues were very quickly resolved by Alex at Igloo Books who went that extra mile to ensure we got our books on the very next day and happily before our new business launch ,we are very pleased with the great value books and the children will love them .We would have no hesitation in ordering from Igloo books again. Great customer service!”

“Absolutely fantastic service, ordered them late afternoon and they were with me by 9.00am next morning. My 10 month old granddaughter loves the books - not sure about her mummy and daddy though, they are rather noisy, particularly as she plays all three together ???? Well done Igloo, I'd definitely use them again.”

“The cloth book I ordered has been a favourite for all babies I have given it to. I hear that the babies find the book facinating and will often sit and 'read' it in their cot for a long time. If you read it to them at bedtime they will re-'read' it themselves in the morning giving you extra sleep in the morning”

“The order was for English Basics Age 3/4 to 10/11. In some cases it was for one copy and in others it was two. Due to insufficient care I received 2 copies of age 4/5 and no 5/6. I reordered one copy of age 5/6 which I have received but this cost me time, inconvenience and £ 3.95 for shipping.”

“I purchased the book as the first one I bought from Aldi as a Christmas gift, it did not work. On receiving the new one I gave it to my grandson who thoroughly enjoyed as he thought it had disappeared. The service was good and arrived promptly.”
