“Placed my order online in the morning, had a phone call an hour later to tell me one item was now out of stock and would I like to choose an alternative or have a refund. I chose an alternative and the books were delivered the next day, less than 24hours after I placed the order. Helpful service, great products and quick delivery. Will definately be using you again.”
