“The books that I ordered from Igloo were dispatched and received within 24 hours which is impressive customer service from anyone. The cookery books are well set out and explained and a useful small size to have around the kitchen, overall well satisfied. I was introduced to these books by a recommendation by a friend and would certainly recommend them to any people that I know.”

“Payment was easy and shipping was fast. We are pretty happy with the books we ordered. However it was rather disconcerting that there was no order confirmation or email received, nor any way of checking online if the order was successful. Customer service felt abrupt too although it was efficient. A softer touch would have been nice.”

“Placed an order for 15 sticker books, which were priced extremely well (I nearly purchased from Amazon as I didn't know about the offer!). The order arrived promptly and my children are amazed by the quality of these books. There are lots of activities and things to do, keeping them occupied for several weeks I imagine! Would love to hear more about Igloo books and their offers.”
