“I have emailed you but you failed to get back to me - I had ordered five books and the packaging was poor, so one of the sleeves had got ripped - its a gift so instead of returning it at a high cost - heavy book I asked for a replacement sleeve to be sent - but you failed to respond - very disapointed”

“These ten sticker books were cheap (as I bought 10). However they were very disappointing: they were really puzzle books of average interest. The puzzle pages require quite a lot of reading. There were plenty of stickers with each book but few, if any, obvious place to use them.”
