“Well customer service is rubbish I have sent 4 email and no reply to any. Order took ages to arrive which was today and it has arrived with 5 books missing and one wrong one. Have no other way of contacting other then email which doesn't get a response. Overall not happy at all really as have paid and not received half of the order. Will not be ordering from again.”

“I ordered 11-books on 25th November. I have got only 3 books. It's a Christmas present for my son. I got a mail all books are shipped on time. But received only 3. I called 2 times and no resolution yet. Please and my boojs”

“Prompt delivery and it looks like a nice sticker/info book that I received, but I thought I was ordering a different book which looks very similar with the same name, so a bit confusing. The book I wanted is isbn 978-1-84817-762-8 as my daughter had borrowed it from her school library and wanted it for Christmas. Do you sell the book I was trying to get hold of? Be greatful to get a copy. Thanks”

“I had been searching for these books for my grandchildren and found them on amazon for £599.99 or second hand and £399.99 used? I went to Waterstones who could not get me a copy only store came up for £19.99 but they had to email and ask them and I never heard back. My son found them on line for me so thank you sooo much. I had seen that at work with a book club for £8.00 but forgot to order at the time so I am really happy to have got them”

“Quality product. Only thing that worried me was that I never received confirmation of my order but did receive confirmation from World Pay that they had my payment. Luckily didn't have long to wait to find out as it arrived very quickly.”
