This is the worst, most appalling service ever. Regardless of the number of times I have flagged this to customer service and they have in return re-assured me this will never happen again, yet this is the 4th time you prove to have the most appalling, and incompetent service. It is shocking, that 4 times you mess up the order. Basic requests, 1 of them is no plastic! The Eco, sustainable service you claim you have, seems to be NON EXISTENT, and is all false claims for the sake of driving sales and profiteering. Shame!! It is appalling the amount of plastic waste you have produced in 4 deliveries that is absolutely unnecessary. Appalling, never again!!

To start with, you pay over-priced service to make their mobile app looks good, which aims to attract new users but not to improve service. Once you actually start to use it you will find out it's complete useless, repond time is well over 12 hours in most case due to poor logistic management. They would be a lot better hire a few business managers to sort the basics out instead of programmers to cook a fansy app, but I guess good service doesn't attract new customer as fancy looking app does. The actual service is horrible, improper handling of items, poor quality and filthy improper work from time to time. Random deliver/collection miss and, worst of all, missing items are never recovered. They basically don't bother to check anything on the cloth just to cut cost and save time. Say goodbye to your favourite cufflinks and collar bones if you happen to forget to take them off because it sure won't be there when the shirts come back.

Worst dry cleaner ever after using 20+ in London, designer shirts ruined due to improper handling, hundreds pounds of Items embedded stolen (silver Cuff links and collar bones) and they claim no of responsibilities. The over priced fee you are paying is to support their fancy mobile application development, not a single pound goes into actual good service. Avoid at all costs!

These people are really good , I organised this service for my 99 year old mother-in-law they run a very prompt service and if they are running even slightly late they inform you via text. I had one small problem with them and they resolved it within 10 minutes in a very professional and polite manor cant fault them so far.

The very best laundry service I have ever used, for last couple of centuries that is. Always fast and efficient customer support, with deliciously crispy ironed shirts and clothing always delivered in right time. I'm sure they shall expand with such a high quality model to further parts of our Galaxy, as other races too need clean clothing for such long distance travels.
