“Most of the items were priced incorrectly! Emailed as soon as they sent an invoice at 10pm to let them know and again first thing in the morning. They got back to me to say it was too late! Customer service was shocking Do not use this company I would not recommend it at all. Very disappointed Rip off”

“Such an easy service to use: punctual pick up and drop off, deal seamlessly with a variety of requests (dry clean, wash and iron, iron only etc…) per load and always very accurate and polite. Honestly makes my life 10x easier. And at such reasonable prices!”

“People from IHI are responding very quickly, the company it self is very efficient. It is not cheep but most industries raised their prices. Sometimes the ironing is not perfect, it obviously depends what subcontractor is being on used. Also I would wrap the ironed items in thicker paper because the tissue paper is not holding so well and it is tearing very easily. Drivers that are delivering or picking up sometimes coming ahead of time, they should be within the hour or hour and half that customer agreed to. All are growing pains and I can see future improvement.”

“I have been using the Brighton I hate ironing since August 2021 about every 5/6 weeks. I find it convenient and not too expensive. I have also used this service for shortening clothing several times. All services have been excellent so would recommend.”
