“The best! Firstly, I was reluctant to use an online laundry company as I thought it would be complicated and restrictive in having to be home at set times, especially as I use a service weekly, but your system is amazing and being able to change times if needed by text makes it so easy. Having used a few different shops in London and experiencing clothing and bedding coming back not washed properly and discoloured (when brand new too) I decided to give you a try and I’m not disappointed. Everything comes back fresh, clean and neatly folded. The drivers are brilliant and friendly, despite the struggles of driving and parking in central London 🤩 A truly great company with wonderful helpful snd friendly staff - my only regret is not having tried you sooner!”

“Thank you pick up delivery superb. Sadly only the shirts up to your standards buitiful wash press fold package. But it’s probably ALL my fault isn’t it ? Bedding just washed not ironed not packaged. A casual mess. Tee Shirts washed dried but terrible folding did nt llook like Tee’s you could put in drwAw and pick out to put on just pile grey and white pulled up any old way the neck and collar should be showing m Like a. New k ne in shop underwear on. Towe Les came out yellowish ! So bit sad really. Please note for future. Don’t put whites with other colours please wash and Fold Tees professionallly probably heat affected brains sorry for that ! Kind regards philipw91HP”

“Such an easy service to use: punctual pick up and drop off, deal seamlessly with a variety of requests (dry clean, wash and iron, iron only etc…) per load and always very accurate and polite. Honestly makes my life 10x easier. And at such reasonable prices!”

“I have been using the Brighton I hate ironing since August 2021 about every 5/6 weeks. I find it convenient and not too expensive. I have also used this service for shortening clothing several times. All services have been excellent so would recommend.”
