“Laundry is occasionally not picked up, sometimes we are not getting all our laundry delivered at the same time, smaller items like socks get lost frequently.”

“They ruined several pieces of satin shirts and dresses. Sometimes the ironing is not great either. Definitely not as top notch as these ‘reviews’ are all saying!”
