“My laundry came late this morning and I had no notification. I waited in especially for it . Eventually, I rang customer service to find out where my laundry was . They informed me it was delivered. I panicked. It did indeed come soon after my call. A little disappointed.”

“Recently the delivery & collection has been erratic. As an example, This morning we booked a slot for 9-10am. The driver arrived without warning at 8.20”

“Quick service. Some invoicing inaccuracies which are put right when challenged. A few lost shirts and other items - machine ironing is sometimes poor - not hand finished.”

“Perfectly adequate service for basic shirts and wash and fold laundry. Not careful enough with dry cleaning of suits and more tailored garments. Every single suit lapel comes back pressed out of shape or worse. Quick and efficient pick up and delivery though.”

“I love this service but recent price changes mean that there’s a minimum order value, resulting in me paying £20 for a jacket to be dry cleaned which shocked me, but by the time I found out, it was too late. My advice is that it’s best to use this device for several items at once”
