No point buying anything from here..I brought the hover board cart “bundle” only received the cart.. paid 189 euro!!! And NOBODY CONTACTS YOU OR RESPONDS TO EMAILS!!!!!!! So ya thanks for ruining my sons birthday present..waste of my god dam time..wish I read the genuine reviews when they said DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Recently purchased 4 hover boards, I purchased them as the website says you can return them if you don't need them, which in the end I didn't require them, I have now returned them all 4 have been signed for and this company won't give me my refund of £529, all four have been signed for, and the company have said they haven't received two of them. I wouldn't buy anything from this company. They don't respond on the web chat or ever answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Order placed 31st July and it’s now 24th August and I’m still waiting!!! Now it’s 28th August and they’ve told me that they are sending another one! It’s the second time they’ve told me that? I live in hope........

Appalling customer service, after only 8 months our sons hoverboard developed a problem, after contacting the company they send us information and asked us to unscrew the unit and un-connect then connect cables, no joy, they then advised us to do the same to other cables. These jobs are for trained technicians and as such buyers should not be asked to do such tasks. They then requested us to send the hoverboard to Germany to be repaired, I stated that the costs to send the hoverboard to Germany would be extortionate and to replace the hoverboard as it was less than a year old and supply a pre-paid label. They refused to replace it as it was company policy not to place it after 8 months. Disgusting customer service and would advise not to do any business with this company.

Customer service is appalling, very little correspondence from them, and even when they do finally reply after severeal emails the English is so poor. After chasing my order because I had received no update the Hoverboard finally came, and was faulty! This was £169.99 of my daughters birthday money that she had spent so she is now out of pocket and with a faulty Hoverboard that very nearly threw her off when she first used as it was juddering. I have tried recalibrating it which hasn’t worked, and there’s nothing in the manual either to help with this problem. Have tried troubleshooting the problem via google but this isn’t something we should have to resort to with a brand new item. I have sent several messages regarding getting a refund and I’m currently trying to get a UK address to send it back to as it’s a heavy item I don’t fancy paying postage abroad that I’m likely to not get back either as the correspondence is so appalling. The online chat doesn’t work, no one is ever online. And the phone numbers provided just ring and ring. I have had to put in a PayPal dispute but even then their replies haven't yet rectified the problem, so i’m more than likely going to have to escalate to try get any kind of refund. I can only advise to stay clear of this company from my experience so far.

Won't be recommending at all. Items comes in 2 packages which arrives at 2 separate dates, frame is threaded so cannot attach the arm properly as bolt will not take. Customer service around 9 to 5 that's all and the worst instructions I've ever seen. Pay a bit more and buy elsewhere. Missing a screw?? Advice was go to hardware shop.

I don't usually leave reviews but I am so fed up I felt this was the only way someone might listen to me. The price and delivery were good but the Hoverboard failed within 24 hours of our daughter receiving it as a Christmas present. We have tried to email, telephone and complete the online contact form in order to try and resolve the problem but to date (3 months and countless attempts later) NOTHING. The one time that the phone was answered he said it was not him and they don't do hoverboards. I think that this is a scam and you should think carefully before parting with your money with these people.

Ordered 2 hoverboard. The 2 I ordered were later found out to be out of stock 2 replacements sent one never worked one just stopped working. No repair or refund unless I pay to send to Germany out of my own pocket took me 2 months to even get that reply. Complete waste of money and customer service is disgusting

Paid for a hoverboard in Jan and I have not received my order "Feb 15th" i have tried a number of time to call it just rings, I have even sent a numbers of emails and nothing. I would like my money back!

I ordered a hoverboard for my child's christmas present. I arrived on time. However, when it was opened up on Christmas morning it did not work. I Contacted iHoverboard immediately. After a few emails they sent me a return label to return the hoverboard to them for a full refund. I returned this, following their returns procedure, on the the 4th January. I have contacted them by email again on the 4th Feb, but have had no response and no refund. Out of pocket by £154.99. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM = "100% money back guarantee" is just words on a website, not a commitment to their customers.

I returned a hoverboard to this company on 15th January and am still trying to get my money back on 6th February. I raised a dispute with PayPal but due to the return address not matching the company's registered address they denied the claim. It is almost impossible to contact this company, they rarely answer the phone, they are NOT based in the UK as their website, telephone number and address implies. I would like very much to have my money back please iHoverboard but more to the point I want to prevent this experience for all other innocent shoppers!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Your false contact details on your site need to be updated with onez which you can actually fet a correspondence through, your promise of online 24/7 is a joke, no one is ever online, my daughter got 2 days of usage out of tje board we purchased 2 weeks ago, you say you keep 14 day money back an after that can ve held responsible but you can be contacted si how are you supposed to get the return sorted if you WONT ANSWER PHOBE OR EMAIL, absolutley disgusting customer service absolutely useless product, do not buy from ihoverboard, would be better with a tray with wheels on it as you would really be endangering your childrens lives, do not reply to this post ihoverboard asking me if i have tried to contact yiu through your email channels as tje answer i can already give is MULTIPLE TIMES, WHAT ARE YIU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?????

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THE RETURN ADDRESS GIVEN IS A WAREHOUSE IN BIRMINGHAM WHICH IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPANY. THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA AND NOT THE UK, AND IF YOU HAVE PAID VIA PAYPAL YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE NOT SENT THE PRODUCT BACK TO CHINA SO YOU END UP WITH NO PRODUCT AND NO MONEY AND PAYPAL ENDORSE THIS COMPLETE DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

AVOID this company like the plague !!! sold me a hoverboard which came days late, whatever i can deal with that, but after not even being used for half an hour it was broken ! and the company REFUSE to have any correspondence with me i have emailed them SO MANY TIMES and nobody !!! has ever replied ! this has been going on since the 27th of november so all in all you get what you pay for if it seems to good to be true it usually is !!! all they do is take your money and sell dodgy merchandise! and to add insult to injury i left a review a few weeks ago and was told to email them, guess what no reponse again ! customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING ! no doubt they will reply to this review telling me to email but they will never respond so you have been warned spend your money VERY wisely with this company !!

I bought what I thought was going to be a ‘Hummer’8.5” board, it worked for less than 30 minutes. I emailed the company straight away on Christmas day, but they didn’t respond back to me till after 30 days of purchase. I must of emailed them at least 7 times, and several phone calls. They eventually sent me the information to post it back to them (I now know that they are based in China) so for the last month they have both my board and my money. They have refused to refund me and actually suggested that I pay half price again for a new board!! I will contact trading standards. Their boards are not fit for purpose and the customer service is apauling. I wish that I had seen this sight earlier. Don’t buy from here.
