Super happy with our purchase from Incy Interiors! Everyone I spoke with was great to deal with, delivery process was pain free and our son's new bed only took 5 minutes to set up. Really sturdy too.

The perfect bed for a country cottage; The Eden Rose Gold Double or Queen bed. We are very happy with our selection, the delivery, price and quality of our Incy products. Highly recommended.

I ordered 6 June 3 items. Endless issues, delivery delayed by months, item arrived 2nd week of October minus crate and dropped on the ground (shockingly bad delivery company). Only part of item delivered 1of2 other one missing. Other 2 items ordered still not received. Lack of communication regarding shipment delays, deliveries and timing. Very disapointed.

It took months for our products to arrive. During the extended wait time Incy customer service didn’t once contact me to update me on delivery times. I contacted them numerous times to get updates and each time they said there would be a delay. Delays are a part of life post Covid but the team should go more to keep customers updated.

After extensive delays the actual quality of the furniture is pretty poor - chipped paint, cracks and discolouration of the wood showing through the paint coating. Originally asked for a refund but even that process was delayed weeks so eventually requested full replacement which takes 6 months.

Ordered cot in October 2021 still waiting for it to be delivered baby 7mths now, emails about delays etc. Only holding out because it's the cot we want but for future buyers beware not the best service at all and you will be waiting a long time to get it especially coming from overseas. No happy at all

Buyer Beware! I'll keep this short as I'm confident it will get deleted anyway. I placed the order in December with a February 28th arrival and it is now April 20th with still no furniture and no expected date. I am now due to have the baby and I have nothing! I am beyond disappointed. I understand that COVID has been unforgiving for business' and it has been difficult. But I have been strung along for months now with promises of ships arriving, etc. and it's not good enough. I'm past being understanding and empathetic now. I hope I can prevent this from happening to anyone else.

I purchased the Ellie cot and it looked beautiful, however it was damaged likely due to freight company. Messaged incy to alert them of the issue, and they responded quickly and were apologetic. I requested a replacement and emailed photos of the damage, and subsequently followed up with a message to see if they had received the photos. They claim they had not, so I forwarded them the initial email with photos sent, as well as messaged them a link with the photos. I also asked for them to confirm receipt of the message again, and that was several days ago. They have been prompt in replying except coincidentally when it’s to confirm they have received the photos to action a replacement. As this is currently ongoing, it’s too soon to tell how long or frustrating the process of getting a replacement is going to be. I hope I’ll have a cot before bubs arrives.

When I ordered my daughters rose gold cot on back order it was at the peak of Covid restrictions, Incy kept me up to date via email on delivery changes and information, which I really appreciated. Although the cot arrived later than expected (understandable due to covid) I was kept informed the entire time and didn’t have to chase.

Couldn’t fault this company! Incy interiors are amazing! We’ve purchased their products over the years and absolutely love them. Their customer service is outstanding… we had a small issue with one of the beds and some corrosion - I let Incy know about it almost 2 years later and they got back to me within the day and have a new order coming to me free of charge. These guys are amazing to deal with and I’ll always purchase from them before anyone else! Thank you Incy!

The bed was easy to put together and also it’s beautiful. There are two heights to set the mattress so toddlers can go in the single bed from the cot easily 💞

Ordered a single bed and side table for my daughter. Looks terrific, easy to assemble. I did have to contact customer service and they were always friendly and quick to reply.
