“I ordered one of the dreamer single beds when in stock, was delivered fast, tracking was easy to follow and direct freight were pretty good with the delivery. Assembly was straightforward and simple and the bed itself is great quality! Would recommend.”

“I ordered my bed in October 2023. It is now April 2024 and I have not received anything yet. Absolutely appalling customer service and they are ignoring every email I send requesting a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!”

“Repeat customer here. I have purchased all of my childrens nursery and bedroom sets from incy. I just got delivery of my FIFTH incy bed. It's as stunning as my other four beds. Customer service was great and the team were so lovely to deal with.”

“Paid in full August 2023. Over $1100 for a kids bed. No product delivered. No refund. Only excuses. About to call A Current Affair to report them. Doubt this review will be up for long, if at all. Stay away. Total fraud company! Order number 28844”

“Please never buy from this company! I purchased the Georgia cot in October 2023 as a pre order. It was supposed to arrive in January. I have been going back and fourth with the company and it is now the start of April. I am so disappointed with the company and I really loved the cot, but now I am due with my baby and I don’t have a cot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have waited but no more. They said they wouldn’t refund me and to go through my bank which is what I have done. Absolutely disgusting ripping customers off who spend thousands of dollars and they still offer discounts when they don’t even have the product in stock to give. Don’t purchase from them.”

“I purchased a Peek A Boo cot on Monday morning, it shipped Monday afternoon and was at my house in Brisbane Wednesday morning. As it is from Incy I expected the quality to be good but because it was so cheap I thought it mightn't be there normal quality but it is, it's amazing and I saw on their socials last night it has a 10 year warranty. VERY happy customer”

“Purchased and incy cot from baby bunting that was faulty. Baby bunting adv to contact incy, incy adv to contact them. The cot was damaged in numerous areas and they were not willing to help or offer a partial refund. Highly disappointing”

“My son loves his Louis bed (his name is also Louis) So I had to have it for him. When I shopped for mine, it was in stock so the delivery was really quick! My son and I set it up together which was such a nice moment for us both.”

“LOVE the spindle range, my daughter has the entire nursery set and I will be getting her the bed when she is old enough for her own big girl bed. The pieces are just stunning and my nursery is my favourite room in my home. It is very well made furniture and will last for all of my kids. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Super happy we ordered at incy interiors. The bed we ordered is just what we needed for our daughter! The two heights are what sold me. I didn't want to have to buy a toddler bed so the fact the Eden has two mattress heights is great. She adores her new bed!”
