“When I ordered my daughters rose gold cot on back order it was at the peak of Covid restrictions, Incy kept me up to date via email on delivery changes and information, which I really appreciated. Although the cot arrived later than expected (understandable due to covid) I was kept informed the entire time and didn’t have to chase.”

“Couldn’t fault this company! Incy interiors are amazing! We’ve purchased their products over the years and absolutely love them. Their customer service is outstanding… we had a small issue with one of the beds and some corrosion - I let Incy know about it almost 2 years later and they got back to me within the day and have a new order coming to me free of charge. These guys are amazing to deal with and I’ll always purchase from them before anyone else! Thank you Incy!”

“From the moment I saw the Incy Oscar cot design I fell in love. I ordered it and was even more amazed by the quality and design features. The smooth matte black is such a stunning finish on the cot. I ended up ordering another one for my second twin and decided to do a twin look nursery for them that’s how much I loved the design. Functionality of the cot is easy and simple which makes it that much better. So obsessed. Ordering the item was a simple online purchase and they got delivered straight to my front door. The process was fantastic. No fuss or problems. Absolutely in love!”
