“Service was very efficient however we wanted to purchase 3 cupboards and 4 chest of drawers directly from the store to qualify to have it delivered the same or next day and the boxes were so heavy we couldn't even push the trolleys to the till. So we ended up ordering online and had to wait longer for delivery. There was no staff on the floor to help us with the heavy items.”
