“Never worked with such a bad company!!! First, our mirrors were not delivered in time, we had a big opening from our beautyinstitute and had no mirrors!!! The company told us, that they have lost our mirrors... thanks for nothing. After 8 weeks of waiting the mirrors came and they had the wrong size?!? We will never ever again order something...we really have huge problems now just because of ordering from this company. Very sad...”

“I ordered an ultra slim cluster mirror, after checking all the tech and seeing it was 30mm in depth. The site offered add ons so I added a shaver point, unfortunately this increased the depth to 50mm. I didn't recheck the depth as there was no warning that this would happen so I am stuck with the thicker depth unless I want to pay £25.00 to change it. I really think it should explain at the add on that the depth will change. The attitude was less than helpful and I would'nt deal with Mitch Jeffrey again.”

“Delivery was swift, mirror was well packaged and protected for transit. Upon opening, mirror was in perfect condition. I tested it before installing, and all works really well. Bluetooth speakers could be a bit louder...but extremely happy with purchase and service from illuminated mirrors.”
