“I've only recently joined so can only say that the first box was delicious. With more experience and if other boxes prove to be the same quantity, I'd probably rate higher The information leaflet is very useful and gives you a better appreciation of the contents. It was very easy to sign up and there has been good communication. I'm very much looking forward to my second box.”

“I bought a subscription for my son for Xmas. My only criticism is the dispatch of the non-alcoholic gin; i was unaware this would happen, and not something I want. I have emailed previously about this and did not receive a reply? Apart from that, it's a great idea as a present that keeps on giving, each month, and i will consider renewing in Dec.....but won't if non alcoholic bottles re-occur. Delivery and packaging very good, good variety of gins and tonics; thank you.”

“Really enjoying the samples received so far. Well presented and packaged, my only criticism is that one sample received was non alcoholic which is a bit disappointing. I feel that this should be something that is requested as opposed to just given as I personally have no interest in alcohol free gin.”

Apologies if there is any confusion about when you should expect delivery of your next box. Our members are charged for their renewal on the 15th of each month, but members boxes are sent to arrive at the start of each following month. Your account shows that you redeemed your gift voucher on 11th January, so your first renewal was on 15th January, which includes delivery of the February box, which should be with you soon and you can expect your third box at the beginning of March. Do drop us an email should you have any further enquiries about your subscription.

“I’m starting to get repeat gins (and tonics) now which is disappointing as it was always exciting to receive new ones to try. Also wish the packaging was recyclable or even returnable as I left be close to Kenilworth and could drop back at least the protective filling if not the box as well to be used again. Generally I love the subscription. It’s a great way to try new gins. Always look forward to the parcel arriving. Even the postie now knows what’s in it!”
