Gift was well received by recipient. However, I had to put gift message request in comments as it was not obvious anywhere else and I had no confirmation when it was being sent. Tried to find on website how to track simply but this wasn’t possible.

Some good gin/tonic combinations and some pretty pedestrian ones. Something to give as a gift, definitely not something to buy for yourself as it doesn't seem to be particularly good value for money.

Don’t know yet haven’t received my second delivery- ordered on 1 /2 and probably not getting until 15/3. So not terribly impressed

I am looking forward to trying it. I have been doing Dry January. Also I have submitted the password to activate the account ( to receive the 6 month present ) but not yet received the next gin selection, which I am disappointed about.

All subscription boxes are sent in the first few days of the month, so some subscriptions that are activated during the month may have a longer wait until the next shipping date. Do let us know by email if you think you've missed a box though, and we'll make sure it's re-sent.

Hi there, thanks for joining! All memberships renew on the 15th of the month and boxes are all shipped together to arrive in the first few days of each month, so depending on when you activate your gift membership, there may be a longer wait to the 2nd box, but then you'll receive them monthly. Enjoy!

First one. Not too sure about the alcohol free but I'll reserve judgement. The bottles are very small so not sure there's sufficient for two people per gin & tonic though.

I was given a subscription for Christmas which is fantastic. However, when you redeem it they tell you the cost of the subscription so you know what was spent on your gift. I also find the communication really unclear as to when you will receive your next box and things. The product is great and really fun but there are issues with the information that should be sorted.

Great product however need to make subscription renewals easier. My wife wanted to purchase as Christmas gift. Disappointed to receive the same set of gin and tonics as received the previous month before Christmas, even though waited until after 15th of month to renew. Also ordered a renewal for my son for Christmas. It arrived before Christmas and the notification of delivery came to me not him even though you asked for his email address. Did we miss something?

Good concept. We’ve subscribed for a while, when they changed their delivery date we essentially missed a delivery. Despite pointing this out we were told we were wrong. ITO the gins and tonics, they’re nice. We look forward to the delivery, but are sometimes disappointed. But we still subscribe.

You can see all past boxes here, so do email us to let us know if you missed any of these: https://www.ilovegin.com/product-category/single-boxes/ Our old system was: Payment on the 15th of the month, delivery at the end of that month. E.g. March payment = March box. Our new system is: Payment on the 15th of the month, delivery at the start of the next month. E.g. March payment = April box. Although there was one month where this changed and so it appeared as though we went from the November box to the January box and skipped December, in reality every payment still matched up to the delivery of one box, just the names of the box moved forward by 1 month, so no actual payments or boxes were skipped. Hope that makes sense!

Website is good, support is very good - once we had a package not turn up and they sent another out very quickly.

I got a gift for 3 months of gin. I thoroughly enjoyed gin so went on and registered fir my next set late September. I keep getting messages to review the October gin but I haven’t received one. I have assumed it will be Nov/Dec delivery. Please advise
