“I am so incredibly happy to have found the Kent location. The sense of community and encouragement from both the members and instructors really gives me the boost I need, especially because I can't "sports." No seriously, it takes me much longer than the average person to learn any sports skills. When I first came into their introductory class I was quite intimidated. I was looking to learn the correct technique and, of course, get into shape. I was welcomed with such warm and inspiring people, fist fives, and instructors that take the time to help me work on technique. I'm still a beginner but I am quickly feeling confident in the moves and look forward to the next class!”

“iLoveKickboxing.com is probably the best place I've ever been as far as exercising and getting a workout. The instructors there are kind and encouraging and help you go at your pace, but encourage you to push harder. The workout are hard, but fun and I feel a sense of comradery every time I go. I'm only 3 classes in, but I look forward to going every time I make an appt. the App is fun and helpful and I have meet some of the most fun and helpful people at class. They truly only want to see you succeed. As long as I'm able, I will continue to go!”

“I've been looking for fun ways to get back into shape and I absolutely love coming here! I like that there's conditioning, cardio, and flexibility training involved in the workouts as well as fitness tips. Instructors are friendly and make the experience that much better. Highly recommend!”

They keep it fun, help push you and also help you learn proper technique. Definitely look forward to the days I come to get a workout!”

“I LOVE KICKBOXING!!! Seriously! I am a beginner and the staff at the south Reno location has taken such good care of me! I look forward to going to class every time. Kickboxing has improved my muscle tone, flexibility, and my back pain! which I though would never get better! If you want to try something new this is an amazing hobby, you will feel so good after every class. My mood and outlook on life has improved so much! I really do LOVE KICKBOXING!!!”

“It's the best hour of my day! I love kickboxing in kent because its important to my long term health. I have lost weight and become more happy, especially meeting new friends with same health for life goals. It's the best program for weight loss and fitness that I have found really works. “I can’t express how much I love ILKBDeWitt. I had been searching for something to take my workouts to the next level and with ILKB I found just that AND MORE! The workouts are intense and energetic. However, the staff is what really makes this place amazing. Everyone is so inviting, they help me stay motivated and keep me coming back for more. ILKB is worth every penny!”
