“I really enjoy going to ILoveKickboxing. It is a very clean place and the workout is fun. The instructors are very nice and there to coach you along every step of the way to help you reach your goals. I definitely recommend giving it a try.”

“I joined Spring-Klein ILKB in December 2018. The atmosphere is so great and welcoming and the trainers are top notch. They know how to make an intense workout fun and encourage you every step of the way! I highly recommend trying it out!”

“Ilovekickboxing Everett (Washington State) is officially my happy place. From the second I walk in the door I feel welcomed and encouraged. Such a positive atmosphere. The workouts are amazing no matter what your skill level is. I highly recommend checking them out.”

“ILokeKickboxing Federal Way is such a special place. The members are all so fun and supportive, as are the staff. This is not just a gym, this is a community, a family. I was nervous at first but the instructors worked one on one with me through my whole first class. Even now they are willing to spend time to make sure you know what to do. I love this workout. It kicks my butt and is making me badass. Do not hesitate to come check out ILovekickboxing Federal Way. You won't be sorry!”

“I go to the Everett, WA location. This is a great workout and a great atmosphere! The instructors are really energetic and helpful and make you want to push yourself to the next level, and the members are awesome and friendly. If you're the kind of person who is intimidated by fitness classes or kickboxing in general, this is the place you want to come because everyone is so amazing and encouraging and you'll get the best workout of your life! You'll love it!”

“I'm so happy that I found this studio! Over the past couple of years, I have tried out many different studios and classes (barre, spin, pilates, etc.) This is the first place that I visited and immediately wanted to become a member. The facility is spacious and clean, the coaches are all friendly and make an effort to get to know you. Each class is different and exciting- warm up, stretch, 6 rounds of bag work, partner work, and another cool down/stretch. They constantly have different challenges, events, and giveaways to keep their members engaged and motivated. What to expect on your first visit: 1. Call and make an appointment for your first class! 2. You walk up the stairs and are immediately greeted by a huge chalkboard with your name on it! 3. Check-in at the front desk and they'll give you a quick tour 4. One of the coaches will guide you through the class, teaching foundation moves and technique 5. Sweat and enjoy!”

“I go to Raleigh, NC location. I just wanted to share with you that this is the BEST workout I have had. My ILOVEKickinboxing class has built muscle, burn fat, and it's fun. The instructors are helpful and give you helpful tips to better improve your workout. They are a little pushy about joining their membership.”

“Bad experience! I signed up after staff told me I could bring my children when I took the class- a necessity for me, and there were other kids also there at the time.. BUT when I came to class with my child they told me no because their policy changed. Originally the manager apologized for the change and said I would be reimbursed but I have not been.. I was told to try to see if I can make classes without them but I can’t because of their limited schedules around having children - nor should I have to find a sitter when I was told they could come! I call them every week and either get no answer because they’re teaching class, or I am told the manager will call back which no one has! VERY frustrating considering I paid almost $400 for nothing!”
