“This program is not what I hoped it might be. I thought I would be corrected and coached, however, I just have an instructor, who half the time is too concerned with which song to play next, or too busy looking at the next combo, to actually move the room and coach. There is a HUGE difference between a coach and instructor, and I want a coach and this staff does not offer it at this time. I feel after a few months and working with different coaches it's a fair assessment. The staff is very kind, and energetic. They are great at building relationships too, but as a coach and having been in this industry for many years it is not something I am willing to continue paying as I do not believe it is an worthwhile investment for me. In summary it's good for someone who just wants to be more active, but if you are looking for regression, progressions, or refinement it won't be happening here. As for cancellation, don't get be started on that. Medical excusal only, but their forms violate HIPPA so you can't actually cancel....”
