On a friend's recommendation i ordered the extra deep fitted sheet and it was way too big. Unused but couldn't return as I'd opened the package so read the fine lrint about returns policy. The quilt cover was missing a draw string so had to return for repair/replacement. Sheets are ok, in my opinion not as good as other brands like Sheridan. Overall wasn't good value in my personal experience.

Your "returns policy" statement is so hard to find! I purchased a Hotel King Doona specifically because it said "suitable for all seasons". Beware, this is not a summer doona and once opened cannot be returned - just laid on top of bed to check. Won't be back!

Of course, I only discovered this by taking the sheet out of its drawstring bag and partially unfolding it, which according to the returns policy voids my eligibility to return it.
