“Hi. I was disappointed when I opened it, the frame quality is quite bad,looks very cheap. It looks much better on the picture. For £30 you can get much better frame in the shop. ((((”

“Earlier this year I ordered 6 no. natural oak frames together with mounts. The delivered frames were of a very high quality and I've been extremely satisfied with them. So much so that I have recently taken delivery of a further 6 similar frames. Protective packaging is excellent and customer service too.”

“Website was impressive, easy to place order. However, after order was placed I had no feedback on progress online and had to chase up as an email. It was handled promptly after I chased it up but then only given one day's notice of delivery. Product as expected, well packed and delivery within an hour slot. Would use again.”

“I am very impressed with Image Picture Frames Ltd: The website is excellent & easy to navigate. The range of mouldings offers plenty of scope to suit any subject, & the prices are sensible....keep it that way!!! With regard to overall quality of the frames, the mitred corners are of first class cut, & are meticulously joined. The acrylic glazing is very good & accurately cut to just slip neatly into the rebate. Backing board is good quality & substantial & once in place, is easily secured with the flexi-pins that are already inserted to inside of frame. Good quality cord & D-rings + screws completes the order. I was very please with whole transaction & the ability to track my order, & even change the delivery day if necessary. With my recent order, I did have to change the delivery day & it caused no problems....I was given a "window" for estimated delivery time & it was spot on!! Last but not least, the packaging was perfect....Thank you, I will recommend Image Picture Frames Ltd!!”

“The frame was the wrong size it should have been 270 x 180 but it came 270 x 100. i checked the order and it said 270 x 100 so it must have become altered during the different screens for requirements, so its no good to me. Also the frame is a little fragile, it seemed to take a long time to come. The delivery was good and kept me informed”

“No wonder the postage and packaging is so expensive! Surely there is a cheaper way to send the mounts rather than packing it in between two pieces of wood! Very expensive!”
