“Potentially iMail is very useful, however the integration with our clinical system is not working at present (through no fault of iMail) which is very frustrating. For the short time we did use iMail it saved an enormous amount of time printing letters and stuffing envelopes, which makes it cost effective. Matthew in the support team is very helpful and its nice to have a named account manager you can actually speak to.”
