“Terrible. Spent 2 days at home waiting for the package m it appears that the delivery guy comes to my door, looks at it and then walks off. He doesn't ring the bell or anything. Then, when I check for updates on the website, I see that the delivery guy stated that the parcel was undeliverable. I guess that ,at this stage, I won't receive the parcel. Absolutely terrible.”
“This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you are ordering from Temu or Shein and they deliver by Imile, request your packages to be delivered by a different currier or it will get lost, delivered to a wrong address or will come open with missing items”

Atleast gives us your working days do that we know which date during the week can we expect orders as we put work address because we always at work it will be a disadvantage to deliver on Sundays as we bot working on Sundays. “I ordered a package from shein over 3 weeks ago and for the past week I have called them every day to find out when it will arrive and each person advised me that it is marked urgent and will be delivered on that day and it still hasn't arrived. I am disgusted with this company and refuse to do business with shein unless they go back to Australia Post which i have had no issues with. This is disgraceful”

The updates are unclear from their customer care, and they informed me if you need urgently needed to collect it from DIP Warehouse I reached 8 AM and they had no idea where is my package After 3 hours of waiting they found it in another company warehouse (Economic courier and freight services LLC) because IMile have no facility to deliver JAFZA Area and they could not deliver because in-between they have an issue and as per my request they said they can give back 3 PM to IMile, Al queries warehouse and I go there and collect from them and IMile not take any responsibility.”

“I placed an order on SheIn on the 10th of January 2025. Yesterday I saw that my parcel was stuck since Saturday. I also saw in the app that my parcel was damaged. I decided to contact Imile. They told me that my parcel has been declared damaged. Nobody even called nor emailed me regarding this matter. I had to contact them and find that out. “I order alot from TEMU. Most of my orders lately have been delivered by Emile. The say it's out for delivery, and then maybe 3 days later I get my package. Don't tell me it's out for delivery when it comes 3 days later, sometimes more. This company is awful and I wish Temu would stick with Straightship for delivery of packages. They are 100 percent better in their communication. And much better at not throwing the packages anywhere they want. One day I seen a driver from Emile throw my package from the city sidewalk to my side walk of my home. Just terrible company all the way around!”

“emile is a worst delivery company. yesterday my package was delivered and instead to deliver to my apartment door i even left my buzzer code they left it on front of lobby and it got lost.They never pick up the phone and couple times delivered my packages under wrong addresses. I was on the chat waiting list for two hours and received 3 sentences as a respond.”
