They are unprofessional and big liars . They think they can come after midnight to deliver based on their time and it’s ok .. their attitude is disgusting and rude. Not recommended at all !

Before you buy anything online check if the delivering company is imile. If so, do not even think of buying it. Otherwise, you will wait for ever, when you call no one answers, rude delivery personnel, blame you for their mistakes and everytime you call they tell you tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes. I so regret buying a shoes from Sun and Sands Sports baecause of imile

Just disgusting worst company ever !!! They never deliver on time, you can’t reach anyone also they send wrong numbers of the delivery agents so you can’t call or reach them. The worst delivery company. Never ever use it if your want to save your time and money and health. Disgusting disrespectful attitude to clients. I never met worse delivery company in my life

The most unsatisfactory service provider one could ever encounter. I had the worst experience with a carrier named Mohamed Bilal. It's truly unsafe to engage with individuals like him. He displayed not only rudeness and disrespect but also irrational behavior. I was on the verge of reporting him to the authorities, not just for his company's negligence, as they seem careless anyway and unlikely to address his misconduct towards customers. A company like Shein shouldn't really deal with such careless service providers.

I ordered from SHEIN and imile was the courier, I had to put my banking details on the imile website to pay for the tariff fee and delivery fee. A few days later I noticed of my banking app that huge amounts of money was being taken out my card from “Yango Dubai”. I had to block my card and get a new one which I’m still busy doing. I still haven’t gotten my SHEIN order either, it’s been 2 weeks.

Delivery guy was at the door & I instruct him to leave my package at the door. When I opened my door, there's no package & no signs of it everywhere I looked. So irresponsible & rude!! Try to contact the phone number given but no response. The status still stated 'out for delivery'. Very very BAD experience!! THE WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!!!

Last time my order was handled by imile I never got it shein had to refund me. I just ordered again and I see imile is the courier they used, I'm afraid I might not receive my package again.

Got my order from temu and it’s handled by imile. It has surpassed the 10 days delivery time. When I checked the status, it showed “dispatch task assigned to DA” for 4 times. I complained to Temu, and after they investigated, just then they changed the status to “out for delivery”. Well, it has been 3 days since the changed status, I still haven’t received my parcel. I really hate imile service, it’s always later than the other delivery service.

I am sending my location thru all the options they’ve asked, Google maps, current location in whatsapp & national address from SPL apps. But it keeps replaying “incorrect address”. I try to contact thru whatsapp the delivery guy, but the 1st delivery guy doesn't want to send in faisaleyah district. The second delivery guy just sent message once that they have the package but no response after that. I kept contacting them, still no clear response. BAD Company, BAD staff, overall disappointment.

I ask to pick up my return order. Only one article was picked up and now my return has been canceled. After 2 weeks: nothing. I contacted shein: they told me to contact imile. I was told that I don't have enough credit so I've no one to contact. In the end I'm left with articles that I don't want or doesn't suit me and I cannot return because someone cancel it by mistake?

Ridiculous and poor customer service. There are no phone numbers to contact them (and no wonder why). I ordered from Temu and on 28/2/24, the parcel was with this company to deliver. The first time it was attempted after hours - my fault, I didn't note this on the delivery instructions, however, you would think that the delivery driver would make a note of this for the next driver so that they could deliver in business hours. Nope. They again tried to deliver after hours. The drivers are unable to read directional signage as the next time they tried to deliver - after I reached out and provided the hours for delivery - they claimed that there was no-one to claim the parcel - I'm sure they didn't try. The delivery bay had staff there, and there was an issue with the main entrance door, so the drivers would have encountered someone. And now since that third attempt, the parcel has been sitting around enjoying a relaxing life (I assume) whilst the company does 'an investigation' to find out what has occurred. Simple, just deliver the parcel, it's not hard. Would not reccommend this company ever.
