“Worst customer service!!!! I got a notification that my package from Shein was on the way at 12 PM and the driver contacted me at 2 PM asking for my location! I have contacted him several times and he keeps telling me that he will come later! It is now 9 PM and he is still telling me he will come later!!! This is not a Disco!! This is a home we don't want strangers knocking on our door at midnight!! I live in Bahrain BTW. I don't know if Shein would consider changing the delivery company they deal with but I will write to them anyways.”

i have been getting several deliveries with the same address from their 1 supplier here at UAE and so far i got delivery with the schedule day and it went so smooth! BRAVO for delivery whose name is FASALUDHEEN HASSAN - i never faced any problem with his delivery.
but with same address, other deliveries are delayed and when it is delayed they will make you lot of problem, other delivery guy will ask you lot that i need to be there to receive the item. ever since my i am just asking them to place outside my door since it is already payed. same address, with same courier company but different delivery person. please improve this as you are not getting good feedbacks also from customers, i really don't know why Carrefour trusted your service, maybe you are charging less. but to be fair, we need fair delivery.”

But instead of delivering it today, they moved it to be deliver tomorrow. It seems that the customer service doesnt know what they're doing! “Terrible experience, very unprofessional, no response whatsoever and way to contact a human being, and if you are lucky and find someone to talk to, he or she does absolutely nothing.
My delivery arrived from the source and was kept at their store for 3 days before sending it out for delivery, the first delivery boy didnโt deliver it and when I contacted him he wrote to me that he is busy and my location will waste his time while my location is very central and easy to reach, and when I told him I will complain he wrote back that he doesnโt care and good luck for me with my complain, I managed to call the company the next day and complained, they apologized with no action taken and rescheduled my delivery to the next day (total of 6 days waiting), and the next day another delivery boy contacted me and also by the end of the day he called me saying he will not be able to come and the delivery will be rescheduled. Unbelievably rude, stupid, unprofessional, unresponsive, I donโt believe the way they operate, they should be out of the market.”
