Terrible experience with iMile delivery! They kept updating incorrect information on the tracking system, and my package was not delivered on the scheduled time. When I called customer service, they unhelpfully suggested that I pick it up myself from their office—despite the fact that it was an urgent spare part I needed. Completely unreliable! I will never use iMile again.

If only I could give negative stars, I would. After waiting for so many days, their tracking finally showed "out for delivery at 7:20am" this morning. I was home all day and all night by the door. The tracking system then said "Sorry we missed you, not safe for ATL" at 18:40. My security CCTV camera had all the footage evidence proving that the delivery person did not turn up at all. They simply lie to people pretending they attempted to deliver. However they never turn up. Copied my CCTV security camera footage as legal evidence.

Yesterday, they reached out to me about delivering my item, but I ended up waiting for 5 hours and it still didn’t show up. I told them I had to go to work, so I opted for delivery the next day. Now, someone messaged me at 9 AM asking for my location. I sent it and waited for a response, but nothing came. Then at 1:30 PM, they messaged me again asking for my building name and flat number. The guy replied that he was done delivering in my area and claimed I hadn’t given him my building name and flat number. How can you blame the customer like that? In the first message, you only asked for my location, and I thought you’d ask for the rest later!

Mohammad Atif, the delivery man assigned to me was so rude. You should give a proper training to your delivery how to deal with the customer in a nice way. Given that he is not fluent in english but I am talking to him in a very nice way and giving the right instruction for my location that he will understand. Not all the delivery man are like him, I asked his EID and he said he doesn't have, even his name he don't know? This is the 2nd time he is assigned to my parcel since the first interaction his very rude to a customer, I don't know what his going through but he should not take that kind of job if he don,t know how to deal with people. Very bad service of this delivery man.

Pathetic service. Order was not picked up for 2 days. They don’t have communication between them and don’t know how to speak to customers. They confirm and promise but never do anything as promised and doesn’t take customers seriously. If you want to waste your time and check your patience then use these.

When you call their customer care,the lady says she only speaks Arabic so me who doesn’t speak Arabic what am I supposed to do..then she will hang up like what’s this ??? How can I be helped regarding my order ..

Your delivery guys are very unprofessional,they take there time to deliver products and keep postponing to next day and when you ask why they won't deliver they reply very rudely something that arrives today will be postponed 3 times or even take a week ,they seem like we ain't paying for the delivery .

Delivery driver had no care. Threw our package at the door. Didn't try to knock or ring the door bell, didn't even try to hide it from the street view. All caught on camera. Threw the package, took his photo and ran.

Terrible service and they lie about delivery ur parcel when they don't, I waited Monday all day to receive a email at 8.48 pm delivery failed , since then been trying to speak to someone at customer service and no luck ,2days later still no contact worst delivery Company ever i don't know why tiktok used them i normally receive my delivery via royal mail

Terrible. Spent 2 days at home waiting for the package m it appears that the delivery guy comes to my door, looks at it and then walks off. He doesn't ring the bell or anything. Then, when I check for updates on the website, I see that the delivery guy stated that the parcel was undeliverable. I guess that ,at this stage, I won't receive the parcel. Absolutely terrible.

Bad bad logistics,they take time to delivery and charge you a very high custom fee. Then they don’t even deliver to your door house

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you are ordering from Temu or Shein and they deliver by Imile, request your packages to be delivered by a different currier or it will get lost, delivered to a wrong address or will come open with missing items
