They subcontract random drivers to deliver whenever/ however they want! When you call them to complain they pass you the driver’s number!!! Another joke business”
“My notification showed they dropped my package at my parcel locker and shows available for collection and that it was delivered on the 19th. It’s not there. I go into their own tracking website and they say they delivered it on the 19th but sent it back to DS on the 20th. No customer service and no idea where my package is right before Christmas. Useless.”

“The worst service to exist, they lied that they said they tried to deliver my parcel everyday for a week even though the tracking showed it stuck in the same place, it adventually got send back to the seller, what’s the point calling yourself a delivery service if you never deliver any parcels ? 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏼♀️ Get a grip for god sake”

I then tried to contact via their chat service. 19 in queue, waited my turn.
NO response to my query. I waited, then waited some more. Queried with hello. No response.
I’ve rescheduled delivery, to the wrong address as it seems it cannot be changed. Will be knocking on the door again to collect parcel tomorrow.”

The delivery address given was a business that is open from 9am to 11pm, you can not miss this place at all. 17:00 look at the tracking and says it is nearby, 17:42 check again and it said no one was here, funny that seeing that there is over 15 people here at any one time. E-Mailed them got a canned reply saying out for delivery Monday, Monday came and then said was out for delivery, no updates all day until circa 23:30 saying they could not find our address!!! How is this possible if they could on Friday, again emailed them ignored all weekend, Monday got a response saying sent back to sender.
How companies as big as SHEIN still use these cowboys is beyond me.

“This would have to be the worst delivery service! Customer service is near on non existent. They tell you to email them and you get a generic response. You go on their online chat and you get put in a queue - if you’re lucky you won’t get timed out and put back in the queue of waiting at 60+
If you do get through again you get a generic response which leads me to believe you’re not even talking to a person - you ask a question and they just vanish and then you get timed out and booted off the chat and put back online.
Deliver to the address supplied was apparently not safe - Im yet to find out how it’s unsafe as there is plenty of parks NF for the driver to park in to drop the parcel into the office - if they couldn’t be bothered doing that there’s a big black letterbox which they could’ve put the parcel in but apparently couldn’t do that either which makes me believe they didn’t even attempt to deliver.
I have emailed and left messages on chat for someone to call me - I have also asked if the driver can call me when he/she is at the address and I will come out and meet them so they don’t even need to get out their car!
I am getting nowhere with this company and all I want is my parcel!

“Terrible service. Had one digit wrong in my phone number they have my email didn’t contact me via email, number didn’t work so they didn’t leave my package took it away again. Tried calling around 50 times, line was “busy”. When they did let me enter my tracking number it said it was invalid. Heard nothing from the company and still have not received my package worth over €250. Impossible to contact or get any information. Can’t even rate the customer service because there is none.”
