“They have a very bad operational system. They hired 3rd party local delivery guys and they cannot control or contact them. My order was returned to the Local company warehouse two times because nobody is in our office anymore they deliver the orders outside of office hours and they will not do anything unless you will call them, your order will be pending in the warehouse only. Extremely, Terrible service. The 3rd party Local delivery guys will call you only once and they will put in the tracking that customer cannot be contacted. They know that we are commercial building but they deliver after office hours. I already informed the Customer Service our office timings but still they will deliver at night, You have a very poor service.”

“They claim to have delivered my item on the 8th of Nov 2024. However they did not. We have 2 cctv cameras covering the front of our home and have told them there were not deliveries. They have not responded to our emails or calls to ask where the item was delivered.”

“I finally received my SHEIN order after so much stress. Thank you for finally delivering all my items, the process was just not pleasant as it took more than 3 weeks with no communication and very vague updates after paying such high customs. From my experience, I would say please improve on your communication, have working lines so customers can at least reach you and improve your WhatsApp communication as the frustration come from the vague responses we get.”

Claimed "wrong address" for delivery on Friday.
No contact response from website link or virtual assistant
Tried to change delivery address (to same zip code) with company whatsapp tool: supposedly accepted: never delivered
Then after 48 hours on Sunday get email stating package returned to sender.
Awful, untrustworthy, despicable.”

“Delivery guy used intercom , I answered and told him to deliver to suite 809 please . It says right on address slip to deliver to #809 !! He left the parcel on the table by the elevator . Not impressed !!! I have a bad hip and use a walker to get around. This is not the first time this has happened.
Fortunately one of the residents saw the parcel and brought it up to me !! I will be reporting this to TEMU !!”
