“They said they tried to deliver my parcel last week Saturday - which they did not. I did not receive any call or any communication at all from the driver, only a message saying that it was a failed delivery. I could not βupdateβ my details on the website to reconfirm. I have called over 8 times and every time they say that they will βescalateβ the issue with their manager and absolutely nothing happens at all. Their driver now has my parcel and there is no way for me to get it a whole week later. Buffalo is a million times better, I have never had a problem with them. Donβt use imile delivery.”
“I would like to write a complain about how ur worker (Zia ur rehman) is treating customers he called me at 1:05 and he said that heβs outside meanwhile I go upstairs to bring some cash and I was late for 8 minutes when I go outside he already gone when I asked he said that he can wait for 10 minutes only and he didnβt even wait for 10 minutes his excuse was that I didnβt answer him the second time!!!! “By FAR, the worst delivery company I have ever used. If you thought PFL logistics was bad, think again. We get deliveries all the time from a variety of different courier/delivery companies. Always the same commercial address, most companies have no issues. Imile every single time has had extremely long delays, and basically 0 customer support. I only ever got a proper email reply from them once and it was one sentence "we have not receieved your package yet". They do not answer phone calls at all. Ever. Straight to voicemail and mailbox is always full. Probably because their clients are calling delivery personnel 24/7 due to massive delays. Mind you, the package landed in country on the 7th of that month. It cleared customs on the 9th. By the 25th they stated they don't even have the parcel. As if it just disappeared off the face of the Earth.
Another unrelated iMile instance was when they made 5 separate attempts at delivery, package was loaded into the van, out for delivery, then back to the warehouse repeatedly. I'm sorry but how hard is it to deliver the package? It's as if they have an extreme shortage of personnel and a sea of packages. After that many attempts, seemingly they just gave up, after a week of no updates - I went to their site and had to reschedule the delivery manually, after which, they finally delivered the parcel 1.5 months late. It's actually incredible how hopeless they are, I've since blacklisted them and recommend that nobody ever uses their services. Extremely shady, and unprofessional company.”

“I never had issues with them before, until recently a package was marked as "delivered and signed off by receiver" but I did not receive anything.
The assigned person said maybe I changed my location and he could not remember delivering to the location I set. He was just nonchalant as if now it's my responsibility to go out and search where he left my package.
On their site it shows the correct address. How could he just say I changed my address?
I even checked with our building security and there was no record of iMile delivery on the date that my package was marked as delivered.
Customer service is automated and there's no proper response except for an automated message.”

Your driver was caught secretly hiding behind his van and then
sat inside the van trying to take photos and videos if myself after he delivered our parcel! This behaviour is illegal and disgusting. I have the drivers details of the van he is driving”
