“Terrible service, they must work on communicating and their understanding of the job, as I’ve spoken to a few different workers regarding my package not being delivered each with their own story, I get different instructions each time that are useless as none of them have gotten me any outcome. The updates are unclear and know one informs me with them I need to phone each time to get an answer.”
“I placed an order on SheIn on the 10th of January 2025. Yesterday I saw that my parcel was stuck since Saturday. I also saw in the app that my parcel was damaged. I decided to contact Imile. They told me that my parcel has been declared damaged. Nobody even called nor emailed me regarding this matter. I had to contact them and find that out. This is the worst service I ever received in my history of ordering with Shein.”

“I order alot from TEMU. Most of my orders lately have been delivered by Emile. The say it's out for delivery, and then maybe 3 days later I get my package. Don't tell me it's out for delivery when it comes 3 days later, sometimes more. This company is awful and I wish Temu would stick with Straightship for delivery of packages. They are 100 percent better in their communication. And much better at not throwing the packages anywhere they want. One day I seen a driver from Emile throw my package from the city sidewalk to my side walk of my home. Just terrible company all the way around!”

I had an awful experience with Imile Delivery. My order was never delivered, and trying to get any help was a nightmare. They have no proper customer service or support system in place. No one responds to inquiries, and you're left completely in the dark about your delivery status.
It’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with such an unprofessional company. I would not recommend using their services to anyone! Avoid at all costs.”
