“I ordered from SHEIN and imile was the courier, I had to put my banking details on the imile website to pay for the tariff fee and delivery fee. A few days later I noticed of my banking app that huge amounts of money was being taken out my card from “Yango Dubai”. I had to block my card and get a new one which I’m still busy doing. I still haven’t gotten my SHEIN order either, it’s been 2 weeks.”

“Got my order from temu and it’s handled by imile. It has surpassed the 10 days delivery time. When I checked the status, it showed “dispatch task assigned to DA” for 4 times. I complained to Temu, and after they investigated, just then they changed the status to “out for delivery”. Well, it has been 3 days since the changed status, I still haven’t received my parcel. I really hate imile service, it’s always later than the other delivery service.”
“I am sending my location thru all the options they’ve asked, Google maps, current location in whatsapp & national address from SPL apps. But it keeps replaying “incorrect address”. I try to contact thru whatsapp the delivery guy, but the 1st delivery guy doesn't want to send in faisaleyah district. The second delivery guy just sent message once that they have the package but no response after that. I kept contacting them, still no clear response.
