You cant track, you call them and tell you long queue and shut the phone, you email them and they dont reply or they reply with silly excuses. Their whats app play trick in you and will never track or schedule . At the end you get no reply.”

No notification/message sent before delivery, the delivery associates are messy and lazy, they give a call once if you don't pick up that's it for the order until their time would suit to re-deliver, and if you do pick up the call they will ask you to reach their delivery vehicle to receive the order, so 'to-door' inception for a delivery doesn't exist!
The customer service on the other hand is helpless..
My 3 previous delivery experiences were completely unsatisfying.
