“Very bad and worst service. Hardly to reach and seems their information like scripted one, no one will bother to call their customers for update and super delayed delivery. When they deliver the item only one and says boths items delivered successfully. I hve to items and one only received after 10 days.. “My order number from Shein which is due to be collected has not been collected since more than 2 weeks.
Both the times I got a call from an Imile delivery associate, he was just rude and unprofessional.
He just delayed my delivery both the times by saying he is at some other area for delivery. He even said in a rude tone that I should pay him some amount for the delivery and when i denied and asked him why he said “will you pay me for my petrol then”?!
What sort of behavior is this!?
The last call I received from him, he told he will come in the evening and he did not. I waited for him and he said he is still in some other area. Please send people in the area in their assigned area or they dont fulfill the duties.
