“Earlier their delivery used to be quick. Now the parcels are just roaming around with their team for more than 1 week. No response to emails and calls. Very inconvenient!”
“Imile is the worst delivery company in UAE. Poor customer service, when you call, they end your call without even picking. They mark your package as delivered whereas you haven’t received the item. Will never recommend anyone to use this. The best of them is aramex”

“I'm sorry to report : Tracking information is lacking details - you never know where the package is and why it might sit for days, drivers never call, never know what day they will deliver. Packages sit for days after customs without being picked up. Packages have a hard time achieving the actual delivery date. Drivers seem to be frustrated definitely not friendly. Other companies delivery days sometimes weeks faster when both packages have gone through customs and waiting to be picked up. Also packages might sit for days not being delivered to customs for approval.
I hope you can do better, I would like to give a great positive review.”

“A very bad experience, ordered from shein and my package never arrived, found out after countless calls to imile that the driver was hijacked so did not get my staff but luckily got a refund from shein but even today im still waiting for refund of my tax that i payed the courier, they are the worst, they tell you a date but still i dont get my refund, at this point im furious”
