Bought myself a wig from such an AMAZING company, they have been responsive… as for iMile, you seem like such the biggest scammers. Not only was it meant to be delivered ONE MONTH AGO, but that week it should had been here by, you didn’t update the postage UNTIL I contacted the seller, and they put an investigation onto your company. Waited one more week, three weeks went by, eventually got an email saying that they lost my package. HOW THE HELL DO YOU LOSE A PACKAGE!?! So now the seller sent out another wig, sadly they had no choice in choosing who delivers as it’s an international delivery. I swear if you loose the next wig! WTF!?! Also must be super recent, because a place I bought a wig from ages ago is now using this same postage line. What do you do with all your parcels?! Why is there no number for Australia? Seems like a massive scam! If I cannot get a refund if these next few deliveries don’t turn up because of your company, I will honestly go to the cops to investigate this shipment place or at least have this company noted down. (The wig company said it was being delivered by DHL, it was not, it is through iMile now, highly disappointed, hopefully these wigs get to me and people change to another international shipment company.)”

“I had scheduled a return, the delivery man called me once, I failed to pick up the call so without even trying for the second time he mentioned “he called me twice but I did not pick up”. After that I have called the service center 3 times, but it has been a week and yet no one has come to pick up my return. Wednesday, they called me in the morning once and never called back. They would not know that the customer maybe in a meeting or busythe time they called.
Yesterday, the lady called me and confirmed with her the address, and she confirmed it will be delivered the following day.
Today, the delivery person called me at 3:10 pm to tell me we have two adresses one in DIFC (which I don't have a clue about it) and second is my real address. Surprisingly, he said he cant deliver it today as Tecom is not his area!!!
