I have been reading all the other reviews with 1.2 rating people who never received their parcels, delivery drivers stealing parcels, customer service lying to and cheating people.
I will be filing a complaint with ACCC and contact NSW office of fair trading. I will also go the NSW Police. I think it is a crime accepting payment for service with no intent of delivery.
This courier should not be allowed to trade in Australia
